Position: Project Coordinator – Hybrid, Docs & MAXIMO Support

VIVO Defence is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Larkhill office to manage documentation and support the Billable Works process. You'll ensure accurate and timely submission of commercial records, maintain systems like MAXIMO and SharePoint, and prepare performance reports using Excel.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, and good IT skills. The role offers a flexible hybrid working structure, 25 days annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.
