Maintain Project Documentation: Keep our project management tools (like Jira, Asana, or Confluence) tidy and up to date, ensuring tasks, risks, and milestones are accurately logged and tracked.
Track Budgets & Expenses: Assist in monitoring the venture’s financial runway, managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and keeping our spending records immaculate.
Coordinate Schedules & Meetings: Manage complex calendars, schedule customer research interviews, and organise team workshops or sprint planning sessions.
Onboard Vendors & Partners: Help navigate corporate procurement and legal processes to quickly set up the tools, software, and external contractors needed for our experiments.
Prepare Pitch Materials: Assist the EIR in gathering data, formatting reports, and organising documentation ahead of crucial investment committee pitches.
Startup Enthusiasm: You have some experience in project administration, PMO or Project Management.
