At Roundstone, we are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑focused team player who can confidently manage orders, respond to customer and internal enquiries, and help ensure our administrative processes run efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will liaise with multiple departments, take initiative to resolve issues, and help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of orders and administrative processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
- Acting as a key point of contact for queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping everything organised and on track.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting practical solutions.
- Proactively following up on outstanding actions to ensure nothing is missed.
- Supporting colleagues and taking on additional responsibilities as the role develops.
- You’ll ideally have previous experience in administration, order processing or customer support.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment where priorities can change.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
- A reliable and collaborative team player who is open to continuous improvement.
- Experience in Sage Accounting/Credit Control and Spreadsheets would be preferred.
