Position: Real-Time Housing Repairs Scheduler - Central Coordinator

Part Of Platform Housing Group is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our Property Care team in Leicester. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and high-quality repair services for our customers. You will manage real-time scheduling, coordinate emergency jobs, and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience with scheduling systems. This is an office-based position with occasional travel required.
