About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Director and wider team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly, managing administrative processes, coordinating communications and providing day-to-day support to the Director. You will be responsible for diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, project administration and ensuring efficient office operations.

Working closely with leadership and colleagues across the business, you will help improve processes, maintain accurate records and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordinator role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Professional, positive and proactive approach.
  • Experience supporting senior management or directors is desirable.
  • Experience using CRM, project management or business systems is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
