The Role
The Alumni Engagement Assistant provides high‑quality customer service to our global alumni community, alongside administrative support to the Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO), helping to deliver alumni engagement activity. The role is part of the team supporting a range of engagement activities to build a strong and connected alumni community. This community advocates for the University, volunteers their time, or donates in support of its work.
The successful candidate will need to act as the first point of contact for alumni enquiries and provide general administrative support for activities such as events (digital and in person), event bookings, and room bookings. You will need effective customer service and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to identify key issues within complex information.
