Randstad Inhouse Services is experiencing brilliant growth, and we are looking for a proactive Branch Assistant to join our team in Wilmslow. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, directly supporting one of our most prestigious automotive clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment where your daily efforts directly impact candidate journeys and client success.

Key Responsibilities

You don’t need years of complex recruitment experience, we are looking for the right attitude and a sharp eye for detail. Your main duties will include:

  • Candidate Screening:
    Conducting straightforward initial screening of applicants to assess their suitability for roles with clients.

  • Interview Coordination:
    Booking and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

  • Admin & Compliance:
    Supporting the branch with essential administrative duties, compliance checks, and data entry.

  • Team Support:
    Working closely with the wider Randstad team to keep the recruitment pipeline moving efficiently.

What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.

  • A friendly, professional telephone manner.

  • Good IT literacy (MS Office, emails, and database management).

  • A reliable team player who thrives in a growing, energetic environment.
