We are recruiting for a Junior Operations Administrator to join a successful and friendly business based in Bingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous office administration experience who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and gain exposure to different areas of the business.

This is not just a standard administration role. You'll have the opportunity to learn how the business operates by supporting various departments including Sales, Purchasing and Stock Control, giving you valuable experience across the wider operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office team
  • Processing and updating customer and supplier information
  • Assisting with stock administration and inventory records
  • Supporting the purchasing function with orders and supplier communications
  • Assisting the sales team with quotations, order processing and customer enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and company databases
  • Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
  • General office administration duties as required
About You
  • Previous administration or office experience is preferred
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Ideas-driven with a proactive approach to improving processes
  • Able to work well as part of a small team
  • Keen to develop a long-term career within a business environment
