Bingham, Nottinghamshire Job Type: Full-Time | Office Based Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 About the Role Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will become a key part of the business, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing a wide range of administrative support. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities Manage busy diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes where required, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors, managing communications professionally. Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.

Support a variety of business projects and provide administrative assistance across the wider team. Assist with expenses, invoice processing, and general financial administration. Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines and key business activities are met. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. About You We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or Office Coordinator. Exceptionally organised with excellent time management skills. A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Able to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Professional, approachable and highly trustworthy when handling confidential information. Proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate the needs of the business.

Desirable Experience Previous experience supporting Directors or senior managers. Experience arranging complex travel and diary management. Exposure to finance administration, including expenses and invoice processing. Experience working within a busy office or professional services environment.
