Office Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the office, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and providing excellent support across all office functions. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively are crucial for success in this role.

• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Coordinate and support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the office.
• Support and manage administration relating to the recruitment process.
• Ensure all employees are fully trained according to their job role.
• Prepare documentation, reports and information as required.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, training records, databases and office systems.
• Provide excellent customer service whilst dealing with customer and employee queries.
