SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in the NG16 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is immediately available and looking for a role where they can hit the ground running.

The Role

Providing administrative support to the service team
Updating and maintaining customer and service records
Processing service requests and job information accurately
Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure work is completed efficiently
Answering incoming calls and emails
Supporting the wider team with general administration
Using internal systems to keep records up to date

About You

Previous administration experience
A quick learner who can pick up new systems and processes with ease
Adaptable and happy working in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Available to start next week
