Immediate start preferred We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy site in Lowestoft. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across multiple business functions, helping to ensure the site remains efficient, compliant and well organised.
Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the site and wider team. Raise purchase orders and coordinate orders with suppliers. Act as a first point of contact for visitors, contractors and site enquiries. Manage contractor inductions, documentation, PPE requirements and site access. Maintain shift schedules and workforce records. Verify timesheets and assist with invoice processing. Keep training, compliance and Health & Safety records up to date.
Maintain accurate filing systems and site documentation. Key Skills Required Previous administration experience within operational or office environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional approach when dealing with colleagues, visitors and contractors. Purchasing, supplier administration or compliance administration experience would be advantageous.
