Team Coordinator - Repairs & Maintenance Hourly Rate: £15.48 PAYE

Location:

Sheffield, S2 Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week) Join a local authority in Sheffield as a Team Coordinator for Repairs & Maintenance. This role is based in a busy and dynamic office environment where you will liaise with operatives, team leaders, customers, and other key contacts both internally and externally. This position offers free parking and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Day-to-day of the role:
Liaise with and advise operatives, team leaders, and customers on repair appointments and follow-on arrangements. Handle phone communications with tenants, providing them with timely and accurate information. Switch between tasks regularly throughout the day, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. React to changes in schedules or priorities promptly to meet business needs. Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and various internal and external stakeholders. Ability to multitask and switch between different tasks seamlessly. Proven ability to react to changes and prioritise work effectively. Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a repairs and maintenance context. Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment. Benefits:
