Client Details
Our client is a well-established and growing healthcare services provider, delivering specialist support and wellbeing solutions to organisations across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join their busy team in Nottingham.
Description
Act as a primary point of contact for client and customer enquiries.
Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling systems.
Process referrals, bookings, and related documentation.
Liaise with customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and update databases in a timely manner.
Handle inbound telephone calls and email enquiries professionally.
Support reporting and general administrative activities.
Ensure confidential information is managed in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements.
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or coordination role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Experience working within healthcare, medical services, occupational health, or another regulated environment.
Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating service delivery.
Understanding of handling confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
Confidence in using office software and systems effectively.
Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
A positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues.
