Construction in Gloucestershire is seeking a Repairs Scheduler for a 3-month temporary assignment. You will coordinate repair works, manage diaries and liaise with tenants to book convenient appointments while ensuring service quality.
In this fast-paced housing sector role, you will also monitor fleet vehicle compliance, raise works orders and support reporting & KPI measurement. A proactive organiser with maths/english GCSEs is helpful; NVQ3 preferred.
