🕘 Shifts on a rota: 8am–4pm, 8:30am–4:30pm, 11am–7pm, with occasional late finishes up to 11pm for events
Are you a people-focused professional who thrives in a front-of-house role and loves the buzz of organising events? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team in the heart of Covent Garden as a Client Experience Coordinator.
What you’ll be doing Events- Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage the full event lifecycle
- Book and plan events, workshops, and provide AV support in meeting rooms
- Raise invoices and ensure smooth event delivery
- Be the first point of contact on reception
- Meet and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer a busy switchboard and manage the shared inbox
- Process invoices and support building operations
- Open and close the building as required
- Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider (training provided)
- Experienced in front-of-house or reception roles, ideally with event coordination exposure
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional late evenings for events
- Someone with an easy commute to Covent Garden
This is a busy, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team, combining reception duties with event organisation in a vibrant central London location.
