9am to 5pm I am partnering with a successful and rapidly growing commercial business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to provide high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication, coordination and workflow across the business. This is a varied role that will play a key part in meeting coordination, facilities management, stakeholder communication and wider business support within a fast-paced environment.
You Will Do
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including managing confidential correspondence, coordinating key business activities and acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, equipment, suppliers, meeting rooms, communal areas and occasional travel arrangements
- Manage and oversee the company’s HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and compliance with employment legislation
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and confidential documentation, while preparing presentations, spreadsheets and business reports and supporting internal compliance
- Manage incoming enquiries and internal communications, building strong relationships across departments and liaising with external partners, suppliers and clients on behalf of senior management
- Support operational activity, including planning, reporting, logistics, stock and ecommerce-related administration, as well as internal projects, audits and cross-departmental communication
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring premises, equipment, maintenance, safety and operational requirements are effectively managed and maintained
An experienced Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager or similar senior administrative professional with experience supporting senior leaders Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment An excellent written and verbal communicator who can build strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders Discreet and professional, with confidence handling confidential information and sensitive matters Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities IT literate and confident using digital systems, with strong attention to detail across documentation and administration Experience with in a commercial, logistics or ecommerce environment would be beneficial PM 211186
