Operational Resource Planner

The Role

You will schedule daily workloads, manage appointments, allocate jobs to trades colleagues and contractors, update records and support a professional service for tenants and stakeholders.

• Schedule appointments, diaries and workloads.
• Allocate jobs to trade colleagues and contractors.
• Monitor deadlines, service standards and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records across office systems.
• Respond to tenant and stakeholder queries.
• Resolve scheduling issues and escape where needed.

• Previous scheduling, planning, administration or resource coordination experience.
• Confident using office systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face contact.
• Ability to work to deadlines, manage priorities and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent experience.
• Available to work 8:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional 9:30am to 5:30pm shifts.

• Awareness of housing or repair services.
• Strong diary management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience supporting value-for-money service delivery.
