Team Administrator
- Memory Team

The closing date is 20 October 2026

Due to team expansion, we are looking to recruit a part time (22.5 hours) dedicated and experienced administrator to join our friendly team. The successful post holder will be required to work across our two York bases;
Acomb Health Centre and Huntington House. The York memory service is a team providing support to people living in the York and Selby area who are experiencing concerns with their memory.

If you are an individual with experience working in a demanding office environment, who is confident in using IT systems, has experience formatting letters and managing multiple diaries. Someone who thrives in a busy setting and is keen to join a team striving to make a real difference then we are looking for you.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.

Main duties of the job

Whilst experience in an administrative role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is not. We are looking for a colleague with a passion for helping, who believes in delivering excellent customer service, who has a keen interest in learning and working in a health care setting with a 'can do' attitude.

You will join the heart of our multi-disciplinary team, providing vital administrative support to clinical staff and managers. We're looking for an organised, confident communicator who can prioritise a busy workload, build strong working relationships, and help support the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
