Patient Enquiries and Reception Administrator

Part time - 20 hours. 2.5 days per week (preferably Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Morning)

Need to Know

Response Physio & Sports Therapy comprises a network of 18 clinics across the UK looking after patients who are self paying or referred by the NHS or their insurance company. We have a growing support centre team based in West Bridgford, Nottingham & now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards change and the capability to adapt in a role where no two days are the same.

Patient Enquiries and Reception Administrator responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls, patient emails, bookings and cancellations
• Completing administrative tasks, including GDPR forms
• Assisting with patient management

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have a professional & positive approach and the below skillset:

• The ability to quickly build rapport
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential, Diary Management System experience preferred)
• Previous experience within a customer service roles
• The ability to work in a continuously developing environment
