37,500 + 10% Profit Share (OTE £48,000)

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure customers receive a first‑class experience. Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
No Sundays or Bank Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this Branch Manager position, you will:

Oversee the daily running of the service desk and workshop
Lead, support, and motivate both the workshop and front‑of‑house teams
Allocate workloads to technicians and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and authorisations
Manage parts ordering and stock control within the system
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

Experience in an automotive workshop environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident IT skills and the ability to manage admin processes
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Understanding of workshop health & safety requirements
