ROLE: Parts Telesales Advisor

LOCATION: Luton

SALARY: 32k basic, 38k ote + benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. Every other Saturday 8.00 – 1.00

Our client is looking for a Trade Parts Specialist to join the team. Flame Recruitment is looking for someone with parts experience for their client’s dealership in Luton.

• Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
• Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.
• Maximize utilisation of the department.
• Answering phone calls and assisting trade and retail customers with their parts needs.
• Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
• Maximising all existing and new customer sales.
• Handling parts payment for collection/delivery and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
• Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
• Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.

• Previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment.
• Able to manage your time effectively, is essential. Strong organisation skills are key to this.

• Experience as a Parts Advisor within the UK automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence
