• Competitive basic salary up to £42,000, supplemented by an achievable bonus structure
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with one in four Saturdays morning shifts until 1:00 pm

• Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on luxury and high-performance vehicles with precision
• Using specialist diagnostic equipment and systems confidently and accurately
• Ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
• Providing excellent customer service through quality workmanship and technical advice
• Maintaining workshop standards and complying with health and safety policies

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician within a franchise dealership or specialist service environment, preferably with luxury or high-performance vehicles
• Strong technical knowledge of supercars and prestige vehicles
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, delivering high standards of workmanship
• Passion for the automotive industry, with a focus on continuous professional development
