** Your Responsibilities as a Service Driver:
*** Deliver and collect customer vehicles in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
* Build strong rapport with customers and develop a clear understanding of their needs.
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, ensuring customer care remains a top priority.
* Maintain a professional and courteous image when interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Ensure all vehicles are presented to a high standard and meet customer expectations before delivery or collection.
* Carry out vehicle valeting and preparation duties when required.
* Report any customer complaints, concerns, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
* Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks accurately.
* Adhere to all company procedures, road safety regulations, and health & safety requirements.
* Support the wider team and undertake any additional duties required within the role.
