Location: Nottingham Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Efficiency Bonus (OTE £45,000)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 + Alternate Saturday 8:30-12:30

Are you a qualified MASTER Vehicle Technician looking to earn up to £45k OTE with a stable, supportive main dealership? We are currently seeking a skilled Master Technician / EV Specialist to join our busy service team in Nottingham. Whether you're working in a main dealer, an independent garage, or a fast-fit centre, if you want higher earnings, EV/Hybrid, and manufacturer training, we want to hear from you.

As Master Technician & key part of our workshop team, you will help keep customers safely on the road.

• Diagnostics:
  Using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults.
• Maintenance:
  Carrying out servicing, repairs, timing belts, and general mechanical work to dealer standards.
• EV & Hybrid:
  Carry out warranty work, servicing & work on high voltage components.
• Quality:
  Accurately documenting service work and completing VHCs.
• Compliance:
  Ensuring all work meets manufacturer, safety, and VOSA standards.

• Qualifications:
  
  NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - ESSENTIAL
• EV/Hybrid Level 4 Essential
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 4 years as a Technician / Mechanic in the automotive industry
• Tools:
  You must have your own tools and toolbox
• Licence:
  Full Manual UK Driving Licence (max 6 points; licence checks apply)
• Right to Work:
  Must already have UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
• An MOT Licence is desirable but not essential - we can support the right candidate in gaining accreditation.
