Master Technician – Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South

We are offering a basic salary between £36,000 & £45,800 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40 hour working week with Saturdays paid as overtime and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

We also offer a £2,500 sign-on bonus plus a further £2,500 on month 13 of employemnt!

Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. You will be the expert in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing customer vehicles, ensuring efficient work for yourself and your colleagues. You are expected to liaise with service advisors, customers, and senior management, maintaining excellent customer service with a professional approach at all times.

You will also assist in mentoring and developing apprentice technicians. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a vehicle technician
• MOT licence preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
