Schedule:
Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00) + Saturdays (08:30 – 12:00 on a team rota) - Paid Time Off:

- Perform routine scheduled servicing, health checks (VHC), and preventative care on sports cars, luxury marques, and performance models
- Execute complex mechanical overhauls, including timing chains, engine components, gearboxes, suspension, and brake systems
- Conduct advanced diagnostic fault-finding and root-cause analysis on complex electrical and mechanical setups
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and pre-MOT safety checks to rigorous specialist standards
- Maintain clear electronic job records and ensure meticulous right-first-time quality control
- Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience working with prestige, luxury, or high-performance automotive brands - Qualifications:
NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (mandatory) - Technical Ability:
Advanced diagnostic skills, strong fault-finding capabilities, and complete tool confidence - Mindset:
Quality-focused technician with high attention to detail and genuine pride in premium craftsmanship - Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
