As a Senior Product Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative products that simplify and transform the world of work. You ll join an established, high-performing product team with a clear mission: to deliver meaningful customer and business impact by deeply understanding user needs and solving real-world problems.

In this role, you ll own product discovery and delivery within an agile product trio - working closely with a Product Designers and Technical Lead in a defined domain and problem space. You ll set and execute a product roadmap, driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and business outcomes aligned to our OKR framework.

This is a role for a proactive, passionate product leader who thrives on creating value, influencing outcomes, and becoming a recognised product expert both internally and externally.

You ll collaborate daily with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Research, and key business stakeholders across MHR. As a trusted partner, you ll help teams leverage product insights and strategies, ensuring alignment and momentum across initiatives.

Depending on experience and business need, you may also take on leadership and line management responsibilities. Mentoring and coaching other Product Managers and leading one or more product teams in line with MHR Academy guidance and management standards.

You ll shape product strategy from insight to execution - balancing customer needs, industry trends, and commercial outcomes. By engaging deeply with customers and stakeholders, you ll validate problems, define solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery that delights users and strengthens our competitive advantage.

Your work will directly influence how our products perform in market, how teams across MHR enable and support customers, and how effectively we innovate across HR, Payroll, Finance, Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

• Strong experience in Product Management within agile, cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to lead product discovery and delivery end-to-end
• Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting research and validation
• Excellent backlog management, prioritisation, and roadmap planning skills
• Experience working with UX and Engineering to deliver high-quality products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance, Data, Analytics, or AI products (desirable)
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or line management (desirable)
