Trentside Fixings is evolving - and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, and driven professional with strong industry knowledge to join a well-established, people-focused business within the construction and M&E sector.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be meeting customers, opening doors, and representing Trentside Fixings with confidence, professionalism, and personality.
What you’ll be doing- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with contractors and project customers
- Growing accounts and increasing market presence
- Using your product and industry knowledge to provide trusted solutions
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to company growth
This role requires experience.
We’re looking for someone who already understands the industry and can hit the ground running.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction / M&E supply sector
- Strong knowledge of fixings, fasteners, containment, PPE, screws, and related products
- Confident, approachable, and professional manner
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
- A genuine team player with a can-do attitude
- Existing industry knowledge
- Experience working with contractors and project-led customers
- Competitive salary (Dependent On Experience)
