Our expertise, as well as our passion for web design, sets us apart from other agencies.

We’re hiring a Rewards Lead Specialist to build and scale the brand partnerships that power the Student Safety App Rewards programme. This role is heavily focused on connecting with brands, securing compelling offers, and turning partnerships into measurable growth, engagement, and commercial value.

You’ll own the rewards function end-to-end: partner sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, performance management, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Tasks
  • Brand partnerships (core focus)
  • Identify, approach and onboard new brand partners to strengthen the rewards proposition, with ongoing outreach
  • Pitch the Student Safety App value to brands and secure offers students actually want
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Track partner performance and ensure commitments and deliverables are met
  • Continually expand and refresh the partner network to keep rewards relevant and competitive
  • Rewards strategy and delivery
  • Design and manage the rewards and incentives programme to drive engagement and retention
  • Build reward structures aligned to growth goals and user behaviour
  • Improve the programme based on data, trends and feedback
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Report on reward usage, engagement, cost and ROI
  • Run cost-benefit analysis to assess and optimise programme value
  • Maintain dashboards and accurate records to support decision-making
  • Stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Work with internal teams to align rewards activity with wider business objectives
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on partner pipeline, performance and opportunities
  • Gather user feedback, monitor engagement trends and implement enhancements
  • Maintain oversight of compliance, processes and internal controls
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in partnerships, loyalty, rewards, incentives, benefits, or commercial account management
  • Strong ability to win and grow external brand relationships (from outreach to close to renewal)
  • Commercial mindset: confident with terms, value exchange, and outcome-driven negotiation
  • Analytical and comfortable reporting performance and ROI
  • Organised, proactive, and able to run a specialist function with ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working full-time from the office (Nottinghamshire)
