• 10+ years experience as a Business Consultant, Adviser, or similar role.
• Must have high-level management experience.
• Management in IT sector is essential.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of an Indian language is preferable.

• Analyse business operations, processes, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance performance and profitability.
• Assist clients with change management, digital transition, organisational restructuring, and outsourcing management.
• Provide expert advice on financial management, risk assessment, and cost optimisation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, recommendations, and action plans.
• End-to-end project management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Full Time

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

10+ years experience.

Remote (Occasionally Travelling), UK.
