We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Manager (12 month FTC) based in London.
Department OverviewThe Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for overseeing all in-season pricing adjustments across our retail channels, ensuring strategic alignment and responsiveness to market dynamics. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Buying, Planning, and Allocation.
What you’ll do- Lead Pricing Strategy & Execution:
Oversee all in-season pricing changes, promotional activity, and markdown execution across retail channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. - Manage Stakeholders & Communication:
Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Retail Operations, and Global partners to coordinate pricing communications, seasonal planning, and cross-market alignment. - Drive Analysis & Compliance:
Deliver weekly performance insights, manage pricing systems and processes, and ensure full compliance with regional laws and global standards. - Enhance Tools & Processes:
Partner with IT and system teams to improve pricing platforms and develop more efficient ways of working across departments.
- Experience in pricing strategy and execution within a multi-channel retail environment.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with pricing structures and multi-currency environments.
- Proficiency in pricing systems and tools (e.g., JDA, Qlik, Forecast Horizon).
- Solid understanding of financial principles including margin, FX rates, and pricing compliance.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience navigating European pricing regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive alignment across global teams.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
