Business Change Lead

Overview

Join our dynamic Business Change and Development team as a Business Change Lead. You'll spearhead change projects across the firm, working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude. You'll develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and champion our change management agenda.
