Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping and warehouse coordination for a busy operation based in Nottingham.

This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The Role

Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping & cross-docking
Liaise with 3PL partners for pickups, ETAs, and delivery updates
Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD), and tracking records
Monitor inbound/outbound POs and project stock levels
Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation
Proactively escalate delays or shipment issues

The Person

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain admin
Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Team Player
Proactive and solutions-focused
