Ensuring the smooth operation of account activities, the successful candidate will have experience working in the freight sector in a similar role and be looking to build a long term career.

• Manage customer requirements in line with established service procedures and agreed service levels
• Track and trace shipments through online systems, coordinating with external partners to resolve delivery issues
• Process shipment reports, investigate discrepancies and communicate updates or amendments as required
• Produce and maintain reports, master data and spreadsheets to support accurate costings and invoicing
• Monitor key performance indicators and elevate performance or data discrepancies when necessary
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately processed and forwarded to relevant departments

• Experience in a similar role within the freight sector
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work to deadlines under pressure
• IT literate with experience using reporting tools and spreadsheets
