Minimum age of 18 years

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Previous experience in a professional environment (internship, entry-level operations role, or similar)

Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making

Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets

Willingness to work on the ground across Nottingham

As a Parking Associate, you will:

Conduct on-street assessments across Nottingham to identify high-potential parking locations

Analyse footfall, demand drivers, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour

Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils, partners, and internal stakeholders

Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and local stakeholders

Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations

Review existing on-street infrastructure and identify opportunities to improve branding, visibility, and compliance

Monitor live parking performance, rider compliance, and operational challenges

Use field insights, rider feedback, and data to continuously improve the parking network
