  • Work closely with the Managing Director, with the autonomy to implement new commercial ideas and strategies
  • Represent the business professionally within the agricultural sector and at industry events
The Candidate

  • Strong background in sales, business development or commercial management
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast‑growing SME environment
  • Previous experience within the agricultural or service‑based sector is essential
  • Self‑motivated, resilient and commercially driven
The Package
  • £35,000–£40,000 salary DOE
  • Performance‑related bonus structure
  • Full‑time position, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Occasional weekend work required when attending agricultural shows and events
  • Travel expenses covered
  • High level of autonomy and opportunity to shape the role
  • Opportunity to join a fast‑growing agricultural business with ambitious future plans
