Venues Supervisor (Mooch) - responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the student bar, Mooch, hosting activities such as quiz and karaoke, and providing great value drinks and food to customers in a stylish venue with a large outside terrace.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Venues Manager to ensure smooth operation of the venue.
• Support and develop the student staff team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Contribute to menu design and activity programming.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Manage stock levels and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, food hygiene and allergen requirements.
• Attend and complete nationally recognised training courses where applicable.

• Good level of experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience leading a team and using initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.

University term time only, with minimal hours required out of term time by agreement.
