Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Stonebridge, we support a national community of over 1,400 mortgage advisers — and our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their insight, expertise and drive help us deliver outstanding outcomes for advisers and customers across the UK.

If you’re an experienced product governance specialist who thrives in a regulated environment, enjoys building structure where it matters, and wants to play a key role in strengthening Consumer Duty and PROD compliance, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

This is a 3‑month fixed‑term role with real influence, working closely with senior leaders, advisers, lenders and insurers to ensure our products deliver fair value and support excellent customer outcomes.

About the Role

As our Senior Product Governance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the design, implementation and execution of our Product Oversight & Governance Framework across mortgage and insurance propositions. You’ll lead on fair value assessments, distribution oversight, provider governance and the development of structured, repeatable processes that stand up to regulatory scrutiny.

You’ll act as the primary relationship manager for lenders and insurers, ensuring strong governance arrangements, clear communication and well‑evidenced decision‑making. You’ll also support strategic initiatives that require product governance expertise, helping the business maintain high standards of conduct, compliance and customer care.

If you enjoy combining deep regulatory knowledge with practical delivery — and you want to see your work directly influence consumer outcomes — you’ll feel right at home here.
