We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting business growth, and establishing robust project governance.##
** Key Responsibilities**##
** Business Development*** ## Support client relationship management and engagement activities* ## Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility* ## Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions##
** PMO & Governance*** ## Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools* ## Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation* ## Support governance processes across the project portfolio##
** Supply Chain Management*** ## Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships* ## Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps##
** Operational Support*** ## Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director* ## Identify and resolve operational issues proactively* ## Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking##
** Skills & Experience*** ## Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles* ## Strong organisational and multitasking abilities* ## Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools* ## Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills* ## Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware
