We are looking for an experienced and motivated Apprenticeship and Accreditation Lead to manage and develop our apprenticeship and accreditation programmes across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learning, professional development, and organisational growth while helping colleagues access high-quality qualifications and career pathways. About the Role Coordinating and managing Leonard Cheshire's apprenticeship programme and Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs), you'll be the subject matter expert. Working closely with departments across the charity, you'll identify learning needs, build strong partnerships with external training providers, ensure compliance and maximise the use of available development funding.
Key Responsibilities Administer the Government digital account for Growth and Skills Levy funds. Identify learning and development needs and align them with apprenticeship standards. Develop, negotiate and manage contracts with apprenticeship training providers. Provide expert advice and guidance on apprenticeship and qualification opportunities. Complete funding applications and maintain supporting evidence and reporting requirements. Keep up to date with apprenticeship standards, qualification frameworks and funding regulations.
Produce reports, data analysis and management information as required. Support wider organisational projects when needed. About You With proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes, you'll have Strong knowledge of Growth and Skills Levy requirements. An understanding of current apprenticeship standards and SVQ requirements. Experience negotiating and managing contracts with external stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office and digital administration skills. Excellent planning and organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines Outstanding attention to detail and accurate data management skills.
