Bridge Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Housing Income Manager to join a leading housing organisation during an exciting period of transformation within the Income Management Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven problem solver with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about performance, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing income recovery team
- Manage arrears cases from early intervention through to enforcement
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Use data and insight to improve service delivery and performance
- Support transformation and innovation across income services
- Strong leadership experience within housing income recovery
- Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and solution-focused approach
- Confidence in driving performance and delivering results
