Make a Difference Through Learning and Development
At Leonard Cheshire, we believe in creating opportunities that enable people to thrive. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Apprenticeship and Accreditation Lead to manage and develop our apprenticeship and accreditation programmes across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learning, professional development, and organisational growth while helping colleagues access high-quality qualifications and career pathways.
About the Role
Coordinating and managing Leonard Cheshire's apprenticeship programme and Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs), you'll be the subject matter expert. Working closely with departments across the charity, you'll identify learning needs, build strong partnerships with external training providers, ensure compliance and maximise the use of available development funding.
