Our client has completed phase one of its Hub Spot CRM implementation and is now moving into phases two and three, focusing on connecting the clinical examination process through to product sales.
Responsibilities- Gather and document requirements for Hub Spot enhancements.
- Bridge the gap between CRM, technical and business teams.
- Analyse existing processes and identify improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Support the design and delivery of CRM changes.
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- CRM implementation or enhancement experience.
- Hub Spot experience highly desirable.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Confident working with technical and business stakeholders.
