Are you ready to make a difference? At Boots, we’re on the lookout for a Business Architect - Talent to join our dynamic HR team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our talent processes and driving meaningful change across the organisation.
As a Business Architect, you will work closely with the Talent Workstream Lead and Subject Matter Experts to ensure our business processes meet the evolving needs of our teams. You’ll be at the forefront of designing efficient processes that enhance our employee experience and support our commitment to building a brilliant Boots for our people.
Key responsibilities:- Working with Talent Workstream Lead and SMEs, ensure the business processes for the workstream and module meet business requirements
- Work with the Lead Business Architect to ensure the E2E processes meet the requirements of the ToM and provide any potential impacts to the People Function Taxonomy
- Supports the Workstream Lead with process design decisions ensuring integrity within the design
- Involvement in design workshops to ensure the business needs are identified and met and change impacts are understood, identifying opportunities to remove process steps and implement process efficiencies ensuring standardization and consistency
- Document future state processes and review and input into design configuration workbooks so that SOPs can be created
- Knowledge of Talent, Performance and Succession processes
- Ability to move between big picture and small detail over the duration of the project
- Detail orientated
- Ability to apply a user experience lens, keeping in mind user journey through process design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to engage across multiple stakeholder groups within the programme and function
- Critical thinker, willing to positively challenge with a view for process improvement
- Ability to operate to tight deadlines
- Experience of BPMN or previous process mapping is desirable
- Experience in change management and training support
- Familiarity with data migration and reporting processes
