Junior Delivery Management Coordinator Salary:

Whowe’re looking for
A highly organised, detail-focused future leader who wants to get right into the heart of how successful technology projects are delivered.
You’ll be helping our hyper-busy Delivery Managers keep projects running smoothly by making sure the right information, people, processes and finances are all lined up for success. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving; setting projects up, tracking costs and timesheets, coordinating meetings, chasing actions, supporting billing activities and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. There will also be opportunities to support project teams with ways of working.
Part of this role is to support the day-to-day running of our Nottingham office, and will need you to be onsite Tuesdays to Thursdays.
Surrounded by smart, passionate people delivering projects that make a real impact, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how project delivery works in practice while building relationships across delivery, finance, sales and solution technology teams.
This is an entry-level role with full training provided. We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware and motivated to build a career in Project Management, Scrum Mastery or Change Management.
Required Experience- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
- Good understanding of how businesses operate and how projects help deliver change
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and project data
- Able to build positive relationships with busy stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A natural attention to detail. We want someone who notices the things others miss
- Ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Other tasks as reasonably requested (our lawyers still insist on this one)
- Happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed
- Quick to learn and unlikely to need the same thing explained twice
- Naturally curious and eager to learn new skills, tools and processes
