Shape the future of workplace safety and sustainability. As our HSEE Lead, you'll be the driving force behind Health, Safety, Energy and Environmental excellence across the Society. From strengthening compliance and reducing risk to embedding sustainable practices and modernising systems, you'll ensure our workplaces are safe, efficient and fit for the future.

• Lead HSEE compliance across our offices and branches, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage supplier performance, governance and audits to maintain high standards and reduce risk.
• Produce compliance reporting, dashboards and audit evidence to support governance and decision-making.
• Maintain HSEE systems, records and knowledge resources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support budget planning, continuous improvement initiatives and workplace projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver safe, compliant and sustainable workplaces.

• Proven experience in workplace services and Health, Safety, Energy and Environment (HSEE), ideally across multiple sites.
• NEBOSH certificate required, preferred NEBOSH diploma (or a view to completing)
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, compliance requirements and environmental standards and management systems.
• Experience managing suppliers, supporting audits and gathering compliance evidence.
• Ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders and deliver results through others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, reporting tools and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
