Are you ready to lead, inspire, and transform the lives of children who need it most?
We’re looking for a Children Residential Manager to join a passionate, high-performing team that’s already making waves in Nottingham. You will oversee four bungalows, working across dual sites, and be part of a journey that’s setting a new standard in residential care.
About You- You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in the last 5 working in children’s residential homes, ideally in learning disability (LD) settings.
- You’ve served as a Deputy Manager and are ready to step up to full management responsibility.
- You hold a Level 3 in Children’s Residential Support or Health and Social Care.
- You’re child-centred, organised, and able to think on your feet.
- You communicate with confidence and can lead from the front, building trust and rapport with children and staff alike.
- You know your Ofsted standards inside out.
- Oversee operations across four homes, ensuring they deliver the care, safety, and nurturing environment our children deserve.
- Work with a dedicated team to create the best outcomes for the children.
- Work alongside a Director with 20+ years of hands-on experience in running residential children’s homes.
- Collaborate with a team of Residential Managers, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each cohort.
- Be part of a management program designed to support your development and ensure every home operates at peak performance.
- Ensure homes are fully upgraded to meet the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something remarkable. In the past year, the team has successfully opened three homes and is on track to open four more, delivering essential care to children who need it most. You’ll join a company that invests in people, values your voice, and is ambitious for children’s futures.
Hours & FlexibilityMonday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
If you’re ready to lead with heart, act with purpose, and make a real difference, we want to hear from you. This is a permanent position with immediate start—our sites are ready, and we need your leadership to bring them to life.
