Starting Salary is £46,142 (Level one) rising to £49,282 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time) and a welcome bonus of £3,250

As a Children in Care Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brighter futures. You will help children and families navigate the challenges they face and provide them with the opportunities they deserve. You will become an advocate for change, and together we will make a profound difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Working in Children in Care provides a fantastic opportunity to support children throughout their time in care. With the support of a dedicated management team, you will support children to be happy, healthy and achieve their best, in loving and supportive homes. You will work to ensure that Children's plans are progressed and will work to achieve permanency for all children.
You will also support children as they prepare for adulthood, ensuring that they have good plans in place and the right skills, so they are prepared to take that all-important step into adulthood.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Social Work Qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Possession of a full driver s license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills to support internal and multi-agency working relationships
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
