The Role

Maintain and manage cost control procedures
Setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets
Place orders
Produce accurate reports
Forecast material costs
Work closely with sub-contractors

The Person

Quantity Surveying degree or HND
Experience in new build housing
IT literate
Strong communication skills
High working standards
